Where on the water are you located?

We are conveniently located on the 33MM.

Do you allow pets?

While we are sure you have the best, most quiet, hypo-allergenic dog that never barks, we do not allow pets of any kind on the property or in the villas by our guests. If it's not a human, it's not allowed.

Can we fish from anywhere on the property?

Yes, but be smart about it so you aren't interfering with swimming guests. Additionally, a fishing license is required in Missouri. There are several locations in Laurie to obtain a license.

Is your pool heated?

Yes, by the sun. We do not have a pool heater and rely on mother nature to help us out with heating the pool. Sometimes she is helpful, and sometime rain decides to cool the pool down. We like to keep things surprising.

Are you open year round?

Absolutely! Early spring, fall and winter rates are less than half peak time rates! If you can't join us in the summer, it's a great time to come see us in the off season. Peak season is Memorial Day - Labor Day.

Is there a grocery store close by?

Woods Supermarket is right up the road from us at Hwy 5 and F. Dollar General is also close on F. Walmart is in Camdenton and Osage Beach. Target is in Osage Beach.

Do you have laundry on site?

Yes, it is $2 per wash and $2 per dry. It is coin operated (yes, coin). Bring your own detergent.

Do you have suggested packing items?

*Towels of all kinds as we do not provide towels (bath, kitchen, hand, washcloths, and beach towels) *Sunscreen/After sun lotion *All medications needed *Your favorite ground coffee (Except Villa 10 - that coffee maker takes pods)

Where is the closest boat ramp?

We have our own private boat ramp for our guests (and our guests only) to use right on our property. If you aren't staying with us (why aren't you?) and need a boat ramp, we suggest the public ramp by Hurricane Deck.

Do your boat slips have power?

Yes our boat slips all have power and are covered. They are 10x24 slips.

Do you have onsite boat/pwc trailer parking?

Yes, our parking lot has plenty of space for all vehicles and trailers, even during peak season.
